Delivery Times
Business as usual during COVID-19
๐ท YES! We are still operating as normal. Our printers are operating to schedule so we still aim to deliver on time or better than the standard delivery estimates below. Still, it would be prudent to allow for additional shipping delays depending on the situation in your country. Keep Safe!Christmas 2020 Delivery
๐ Last dates for Christmas 2020 delivery. Please order as early as possible as we expect the delivery network to be heavily burdened by the Covid+Christmas concurrence.
Country | Order by |
---|---|
USA | 8 Dec |
UK | 12 Dec |
EU (other than UK) | 5 Dec |
Australia | 5 Dec |
Rest of World | 5 Dec |
After these dates, delivery is still possible. We will update these dates as we monitor delivery times. Leading up to Christmas, we are offering free expedited shipping where it will improve in-time delivery.
Standard Delivery
Our normal, everyday, not-Christmas, expected delivery delays from order date are listed below by country of destination.
Country | Delivery Time |
---|---|
USA | 10-14 days |
EU | 14 days |
Rest of World | 14 days |
While almost all of our books are delivered within the noted windows, some do arrive earlier and occasionally some may arrive even later. Often the books are being posted internationally and may meet delays in customs clearance, weather incidents, or other postal mishaps.
Packaging
Your book will be packaged in a clear film sleeve and then in a cardboard packet especially designed for transporting hardcover books. Normally this is sufficient to survive trans-continental trucking, long-distance flights and even the most enthusiastic postal workers but if you suspect that your book has been damaged in transit, please note it when signing for the parcel (if applicable), retain the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
Import Duties
We ship from a number of print facilities around the world, choosing the closest to your address to ensure rapid delivery and to minimise any import duty. However it is possible for shipments outside of USA or EU that some import duties may be due, depending on your country of residence and their view towards books. In our experience this is very unlikely unless you are in Canada. Weโre not aware of any occurences of this from our customers in other countries.
