Standard Delivery

Our normal, everyday, not-Christmas, expected delivery delays from order date are listed below by country of destination.

While almost all of our books are delivered within the noted windows, some do arrive earlier and occasionally some may arrive later. We aim to print and ship from the print facility nearest to the destination for the quickest and lowest hassle delivery. In the cases where books are being posted internationally, they may meet delays in customs clearance, weather incidents, pandemics, or postal mishaps.

Most orders qualify for free shipping depending on the order size. For small orders, charges are the same for all destinations worldwide. Please check our pricing information page for details.

Packaging

Your book will be packaged in a clear film sleeve and then in a cardboard packet especially designed for transporting hardcover books. Normally this is sufficient to survive trans-continental trucking, long-distance flights and even the most enthusiastic postal workers but if you suspect that your book has been damaged in transit, please note it when signing for the parcel (if applicable), retain the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

Import Duties

We ship from a number of print facilities around the world including USA, EU, UK, Canada and Australia, choosing the closest to your address to ensure rapid delivery and to minimise any import duty. However outside of these regions it is possible that some import duties and fees may be due, depending on your country and their view towards books.
